He took the time to clarify how the filtration system is supposed to work, since it includes parts most people don't use, and installed it perfectly. He also made all of the modifications I requested, including a hose for the RO instead of a fixed faucet. If you are in a rental property and don't want to make permanent changes to your countertop, this company can work around it so you can have pure water without violating your lease agreement. Highly recommended!
