HVS is a great group of people to work with from the receptionist to the individual technicians, it hasn't been a pleasure to work with them, they're patient understanding, reliable and hard-working.

The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The repair was completed efficiently and at a fair price. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues! Will call again if anything else happens 🙂!

Wow, they were great. I called they got me scheduled on Sunday right away. Sevan came out, he was so respectful and professional. He got the job done and was clean. I very happy with their services, will definitely use them and refer them to everyone.

Richard was fab. He's new at the company, but knew his stuff from 20 years of plumbing experience. He was efficient and knocked the problem out. Cracker Jack's prices are also so reasonable so that was great because you never know!

JARED THE TECHNITION ARRIVED AT MY RESIDENCE . HE WAS PROFFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. AND RESPECTFULL.. HE PLACED A FURNITURE PAD INSIDE THE CABINET TO PROTECT IT FROM ANY DAMAGE AND ALSO LAID A CARPET MAT IN FRONT OF THE CABINET. AT ONE POINT HE WAS HAVING APROBLEM WITH THE POWER SNAKE AND HAD TO TAKE IT OUTSIDE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. HE LAID DOWN SOME PLASTIC TO PROTECT MY FLOORS BOTH WOOD AND CARPET. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFULL OF MY HOME. HE RETURNED TO CONTINUE WORKING ON THE SINK. IT GOT TO THE POINT WHEN HE ASKED ME IF HE COULD BACK TOMORROW. ITWAS GETING LATE. I SAID NO PROBLEM.HE SHOWED UP THE NEXT MOURNING WITH A DIFERRENT POWER SNAKE. SO WHEN HE WAS CONFIDENT THAT THE DRAIN HAD BEEN CLEARED HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND COLLECTED HI TOOLSAND BROUGHT THEM OUT TO HIS WORK VAN. HE RETURNED MOMENTS LATER AND PRESENTED ME WITH THE BILL. Excellent same-day service! I called because our Noritz tankless water heater wasn’t working and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Rosie, who quickly scheduled a visit. Two great plumbers, Brandon and Sevan, arrived the same day to fix our water heater and repair a pipe leak. They were professional, helpful, and efficient. Outstanding service all around!

They were super responsive to helping us fix our leak. Our fridge water line backed up and ended up flooding our unit and another unit. They were super responsive and came overnight and our problem was fixed very efficiently! Rosie was super nice as well when coordinating people coming to help! Also thank you to David for being super helpful in fixing the issue!

Man, plumbers are expensive, but I needed help. I was told there’s a charge for the service call/diagnostic, but that would go toward any service. So fine, I asked them to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The guy was there between the stated window and nice. He basically told me that he accidentally fixed the issue. He also tried to use his knife to open the cabinet at one point instead of just asking me how to open it {eye roll}. Anyway, I was glad it was fixed. But the charge was more than the service call/diagnostic. That’s fine, it still seemed reasonable for a plumber visit, although the charge wasn’t explained to me, esp since he sort of accidentally fixed it. But still glad to have it fixed, so I pay it. But the next day, I get an invoice from the company for even more money, still with no explanation of the charges. Not only that, they’re pressing me to pay it very urgently! I’m thinking, did the guy not give them my payment to him? I just felt like they acted as though I was some deadbeat, which was annoying. Oh, and I liked that the plumber told me the company would donate to Make-A-Wish Foundation. But then he said… only if you leave a review. I don’t like conditional, manipulative ploys to leave a review. I should want to based on the experience. But whatever, I’m relieved it’s taken care of and hopefully they’ll donate to MaW.
