I called Cracker Jack Plumbing Pros to install a new kitchen sink + faucet specifically because of their outstanding reviews. Sevan and his team walked me through the process of selecting a sink and faucet, and what they recommended was a reasonable price and incredible quality. Overall I gave Cracker Jack 5/5, but to start with the bad: the installation was frustrating, as there were numerous, consistent, issues that could have been foreseen and/or weren't handled correctly by the install team. That said - Sevan and Brandon stayed in close contact with me throughout, and personally came out several times to address and correct the issues themselves - and they did so flawlessly, winning back my trust and service as a customer. As a result, I am now going to engage the two of them in additional work because of the level of customer service and commitment they showed to getting the job done, and getting it done right, and they chose not to charge me any outstanding payments until they made good on the situation. A BIG thank you to Sevan, Brandon, and Rosie for putting the customer first - it's a rarity, and it's why I will still continue to hire them despite the initial challenges I faced. 10/10. THANK YOU!

I had a great experience with HVS plumbing. My kitchen sink had a serious leak and Sevan was able to repair everything perfectly. He was very professional and kind while in my home. He even made sure to clean everything up after he completed the repair. I will definitely be contacting HVS for any future plumbing needs!

Great service, very professional! Brandon came through for an emergency call. Showed up fast. It was a wet, difficult location and he got it knocked out in no time. The price was very reasonable, communication was great. Turned a stressful problem into an easy solution. Very knowledgeable and the amount of experience they have shows. Sevan from CrackerJack Plumbing Pros successfully installed my reverse osmosis water filtration system + deionization canisters and other aftermarket parts. He took the time to clarify how the filtration system is supposed to work, since it includes parts most people don't use, and installed it perfectly. He also made all of the modifications I requested, including a hose for the RO instead of a fixed faucet. If you are in a rental property and don't want to make permanent changes to your countertop, this company can work around it so you can have pure water without violating your lease agreement. Highly recommended!

Called Brandon Monday afternoon when I got home from work. My water heater decided to go out without notice and I had little ones I needed to bathe for school the following day. I didn't expect him to be able to get out to me with it already being late in the work day but he showed up, saw our situation and took immediate action and found me the best option!
