Man, plumbers are expensive, but I needed help. I was told there’s a charge for the service call/diagnostic, but that would go toward any service. So fine, I asked them to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The guy was there between the stated window and nice. He basically told me that he accidentally fixed the issue. He also tried to use his knife to open the cabinet at one point instead of just asking me how to open it {eye roll}. Anyway, I was glad it was fixed. But the charge was more than the service call/diagnostic. That’s fine, it still seemed reasonable for a plumber visit, although the charge wasn’t explained to me, esp since he sort of accidentally fixed it. But still glad to have it fixed, so I pay it. But the next day, I get an invoice from the company for even more money, still with no explanation of the charges. Not only that, they’re pressing me to pay it very urgently! I’m thinking, did the guy not give them my payment to him? I just felt like they acted as though I was some deadbeat, which was annoying. Oh, and I liked that the plumber told me the company would donate to Make-A-Wish Foundation. But then he said… only if you leave a review. I don’t like conditional, manipulative ploys to leave a review. I should want to based on the experience. But whatever, I’m relieved it’s taken care of and hopefully they’ll donate to MaW.

Excellent same-day service! I called because our Noritz tankless water heater wasn’t working and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Rosie, who quickly scheduled a visit. Two great plumbers, Brandon and Sevan, arrived the same day to fix our water heater and repair a pipe leak. They were professional, helpful, and efficient. Outstanding service all around!

Great service, very professional! Brandon came through for an emergency call. Showed up fast. It was a wet, difficult location and he got it knocked out in no time. The price was very reasonable, communication was great. Turned a stressful problem into an easy solution. Very knowledgeable and the amount of experience they have shows. On top of fixing the immediate problem, Brandon also pointed out a few observations that may lead to problems in the future. I would highly recommend calling them for any plumbing issues.

The clogged urinal was fixed, but they guy did not mop or clean the water. We've had other companies fix plumbing issues but they always clean up after the job.

I called Cracker Jack Plumbing Pros to install a new kitchen sink + faucet specifically because of their outstanding reviews. Sevan and his team walked me through the process of selecting a sink and faucet, and what they recommended was a reasonable price and incredible quality. Overall I gave Cracker Jack 5/5, but to start with the bad: the installation was frustrating, as there were numerous, consistent, issues that could have been foreseen and/or weren't handled correctly by the install team. That said - Sevan and Brandon stayed in close contact with me throughout, and personally came out several times to address and correct the issues themselves - and they did so flawlessly, winning back my trust and service as a customer. As a result, I am now going to engage the two of them in additional work because of the level of customer service and commitment they showed to getting the job done, and getting it done right, and they chose not to charge me any outstanding payments until they made good on the situation. A BIG thank you to Sevan, Brandon, and Rosie for putting the customer first - it's a rarity, and it's why I will still continue to hire them despite the initial challenges I faced. 10/10. THANK YOU!
