I called HVS for an emergency service, they were very prompt and showed up same day. My washing machine was backing up water into the garage, which I found out it was because of the main line. Sevan fix the problem same day, I’m very pleased with the service and knowledge. I will recommend HVS forming to all my friends and family.

I called crackerjack to get a quote for my heater and needed to get fixed. Rosie was exceptional. She answered all my questions. Will definitely be recommending cracker jacks to my family and friends

I had such a good experience when Cracker Jacks pluming, thanks to Rosie and the team! From start to finish, their service was really good. Rosie was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with lots of patience.

Man, plumbers are expensive, but I needed help. I was told there’s a charge for the service call/diagnostic, but that would go toward any service. So fine, I asked them to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The guy was there between the stated window and nice. He basically told me that he accidentally fixed the issue. He also tried to use his knife to open the cabinet at one point instead of just asking me how to open it {eye roll}. Anyway, I was glad it was fixed. But the charge was more than the service call/diagnostic. That’s fine, it still seemed reasonable for a plumber visit, although the charge wasn’t explained to me, esp since he sort of accidentally fixed it. But still glad to have it fixed, so I pay it. But the next day, I get an invoice from the company for even more money, still with no explanation of the charges. Not only that, they’re pressing me to pay it very urgently! I’m thinking, did the guy not give them my payment to him? I just felt like they acted as though I was some deadbeat, which was annoying. Oh, and I liked that the plumber told me the company would donate to Make-A-Wish Foundation. But then he said… only if you leave a review. I don’t like conditional, manipulative ploys to leave a review. I should want to based on the experience. But whatever, I’m relieved it’s taken care of and hopefully they’ll donate to MaW.

I had a leaking pipe in my garage, and this plumbing company came through quickly and professionally. Sevan and his team were on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. Call many company for an emergency repair but no one helped, until I call them and they responded quickly and professionally. I recently had my sink clogged and needed a plumber and I found a company named CrackerJack Plumbing Pros so I gave them a call they where all really nice and told me I would have a plumber at my house the same day the plumber named Sevan and was very professional and got the job done quick

I had a toilet and Rosie was very helpful with the process of getting some to look at the issue and resolve it now my toilet is fixed

I called to get my toilet unclogged N Rosie was vey helpful and sent her team out right away

Richard was fab. He's new at the company, but knew his stuff from 20 years of plumbing experience. He was efficient and knocked the problem out. Cracker Jack's prices are also so reasonable so that was great because you never know!
