The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The repair was completed efficiently and at a fair price. Everything is working perfectly now. Man, plumbers are expensive, but I needed help. I was told there’s a charge for the service call/diagnostic, but that would go toward any service. So fine, I asked them to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The guy was there between the stated window and nice. He basically told me that he accidentally fixed the issue. He also tried to use his knife to open the cabinet at one point instead of just asking me how to open it {eye roll}. Anyway, I was glad it was fixed. But the charge was more than the service call/diagnostic. That’s fine, it still seemed reasonable for a plumber visit, although the charge wasn’t explained to me, esp since he sort of accidentally fixed it. But still glad to have it fixed, so I pay it. But the next day, I get an invoice from the company for even more money, still with no explanation of the charges. Not only that, they’re pressing me to pay it very urgently! I’m thinking, did the guy not give them my payment to him? I just felt like they acted as though I was some deadbeat, which was annoying. Oh, and I liked that the plumber told me the company would donate to Make-A-Wish Foundation. But then he said… only if you leave a review. I don’t like conditional, manipulative ploys to leave a review. I should want to based on the experience. But whatever, I’m relieved it’s taken care of and hopefully they’ll donate to MaW.

The clogged urinal was fixed, but they guy did not mop or clean the water. We've had other companies fix plumbing issues but they always clean up after the job.

Sevan and Able were so patiently worked on my electric heater under a tight spot where there is no room to work around. The heater is located under the staircase. Their work is commendable.
