The clogged urinal was fixed, but they guy did not mop or clean the water. We've had other companies fix plumbing issues but they always clean up after the job.

Sevan and Able were so patiently worked on my electric heater under a tight spot where there is no room to work around. The heater is located under the staircase. Their work is commendable. I called HVS for an emergency service, they were very prompt and showed up same day. My washing machine was backing up water into the garage, which I found out it was because of the main line. I called Cracker Jack Plumbing Pros to install a new kitchen sink + faucet specifically because of their outstanding reviews. Sevan and his team walked me through the process of selecting a sink and faucet, and what they recommended was a reasonable price and incredible quality. Overall I gave Cracker Jack 5/5, but to start with the bad: the installation was frustrating, as there were numerous, consistent, issues that could have been foreseen and/or weren't handled correctly by the install team. That said - Sevan and Brandon stayed in close contact with me throughout, and personally came out several times to address and correct the issues themselves - and they did so flawlessly, winning back my trust and service as a customer. As a result, I am now going to engage the two of them in additional work because of the level of customer service and commitment they showed to getting the job done, and getting it done right, and they chose not to charge me any outstanding payments until they made good on the situation. A BIG thank you to Sevan, Brandon, and Rosie for putting the customer first - it's a rarity, and it's why I will still continue to hire them despite the initial challenges I faced. 10/10. THANK YOU!
