Richard was fab. He's new at the company, but knew his stuff from 20 years of plumbing experience. He was efficient and knocked the problem out. Cracker Jack's prices are also so reasonable so that was great because you never know!

Called Brandon Monday afternoon when I got home from work. My water heater decided to go out without notice and I had little ones I needed to bathe for school the following day. I didn't expect him to be able to get out to me with it already being late in the work day but he showed up, saw our situation and took immediate action and found me the best option! Had it up and running before bedtime bath time! Thank you, Brandon! I guess not all heroes wear capes, some wear tool belts.

I called the plumbing company to help out my mother house. The office got me booked right away and Sevan and Brandon came by and we're very professional and clean. They did the job cleaned up everything and it was a great experience. Will call them again.

Man, plumbers are expensive, but I needed help. I was told there’s a charge for the service call/diagnostic, but that would go toward any service. So fine, I asked them to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The guy was there between the stated window and nice. He basically told me that he accidentally fixed the issue. He also tried to use his knife to open the cabinet at one point instead of just asking me how to open it {eye roll}. Anyway, I was glad it was fixed. But the charge was more than the service call/diagnostic. That’s fine, it still seemed reasonable for a plumber visit, although the charge wasn’t explained to me, esp since he sort of accidentally fixed it. But still glad to have it fixed, so I pay it. But the next day, I get an invoice from the company for even more money, still with no explanation of the charges. Not only that, they’re pressing me to pay it very urgently! I’m thinking, did the guy not give them my payment to him? I just felt like they acted as though I was some deadbeat, which was annoying. Oh, and I liked that the plumber told me the company would donate to Make-A-Wish Foundation. But then he said… only if you leave a review. I don’t like conditional, manipulative ploys to leave a review. I should want to based on the experience. But whatever, I’m relieved it’s taken care of and hopefully they’ll donate to MaW.

My garbage disposal had stopped working and I needed help asap. Rosie gave me a estimate and was very helpful and I’m very thankful and now my garbage disposal is perfect

Talked to Summer on the phone because I had some questions about making an appt. She was so helpful and friendly, didn't rush me off the phone and answered all my questions. Keep her around, you got a good one.

$5200 to do repiping and another for $495 to do repiping prior great service from Richard would of like the senior discount but it was never applied
