HVS is a great group of people to work with from the receptionist to the individual technicians, it hasn't been a pleasure to work with them, they're patient understanding, reliable and hard-working.

The price was very reasonable, communication was great. Turned a stressful problem into an easy solution. Very knowledgeable and the amount of experience they have shows. Sevan from CrackerJack Plumbing Pros successfully installed my reverse osmosis water filtration system + deionization canisters and other aftermarket parts. He took the time to clarify how the filtration system is supposed to work, since it includes parts most people don't use, and installed it perfectly. He also made all of the modifications I requested, including a hose for the RO instead of a fixed faucet. If you are in a rental property and don't want to make permanent changes to your countertop, this company can work around it so you can have pure water without violating your lease agreement. Highly recommended!
