Jose did an excellent job installing our replacement kitchen faucet. He was thorough, friendly, and even fixed a misaligned drain lever. The communication beforehand with the company was great too—they sent text updates and a photo of the technician beforehand, which was super helpful. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Sevan and Able were so patiently worked on my electric heater under a tight spot where there is no room to work around. The heater is located under the staircase. Their work is commendable. Great service, very professional! Brandon came through for an emergency call. Showed up fast. It was a wet, difficult location and he got it knocked out in no time. The price was very reasonable, communication was great. Turned a stressful problem into an easy solution. Very knowledgeable and the amount of experience they have shows. Man, plumbers are expensive, but I needed help. I was told there’s a charge for the service call/diagnostic, but that would go toward any service. So fine, I asked them to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The guy was there between the stated window and nice. He basically told me that he accidentally fixed the issue. He also tried to use his knife to open the cabinet at one point instead of just asking me how to open it {eye roll}. Anyway, I was glad it was fixed. But the charge was more than the service call/diagnostic. That’s fine, it still seemed reasonable for a plumber visit, although the charge wasn’t explained to me, esp since he sort of accidentally fixed it. But still glad to have it fixed, so I pay it. But the next day, I get an invoice from the company for even more money, still with no explanation of the charges. Not only that, they’re pressing me to pay it very urgently! I’m thinking, did the guy not give them my payment to him? I just felt like they acted as though I was some deadbeat, which was annoying. Oh, and I liked that the plumber told me the company would donate to Make-A-Wish Foundation. But then he said… only if you leave a review. I don’t like conditional, manipulative ploys to leave a review. I should want to based on the experience. But whatever, I’m relieved it’s taken care of and hopefully they’ll donate to MaW.

I called HVS for an emergency service, they were very prompt and showed up same day. My washing machine was backing up water into the garage, which I found out it was because of the main line. Sevan fix the problem same day, I’m very pleased with the service and knowledge. I will recommend HVS forming to all my friends and family.
